Parliament and downtown tour

Last year we had a special event on a common PA day between the school boards. We're going for it again.
This time, a tour of Parliament Hill and a special presentation. Our MP, Royal Galipeau, will be meeting with us for the tour.

We'll follow up with a walking tour of downtown Ottawa. Visits to the Library and Ottawa City Hall are also in the works.

Sleepover location is the church, as Museum of Nature no longer does sleepovers.

We'll need 1 or 2 parent volunteers for the day.

Logistics:
- start at 8am departure on Route 95 bus from Place D'Orleans park and ride
-- bag lunches into parent volunteer vehicle, overnight bags packed seperately and into parent volunteer vehicle too.
- 9:00 - 11:30 at Parliament Hill, with Royal Galipeau
- 12:00 lunch @ World Exchange (bag lunches and/or food court)
- afternoon walking downtown
- ~4pm start return to Orleans via Route 95 bus
- dinner @ OUC followed by movie and sleepover. Pickup is 8:30am on Saturday.
