6:30pm - 8:00pm
We'll meet at Confederation Park at the enterance corner of Slater and Elgin for 6:30pm. Since the buses are just starting to run, we'll do this as a family event and meet downtown.
We'll walk around the park to see the ice sculptures, over to City Hall for other items.
Dressing appropriate for the weather will be essential, so NO COTTON and warm clothes / hat / mitts and boots
