Gatineau Park

Cost: $5 to cover cost of the pizza

Mandatory: OHIP Card
- you must have your OHIP card to participate in out of province Scouting activities.

meet at 10am at the P19 parking lot in Gatineau Park (map attached)
pickup is 4pm at P19 parking lot with return to OUC
pizza dinner and movie at the church
10pm pickup

Bicycling - in Gatineau Park
hike to and explore the Lusk Caves
lunch at the caves (to warm up)

No camping in Gatineau Park for the 2 weeks after Thanksgiving, so plan B
- biking on Saturday to the caves
- caves and lunch
- return back to Orleans for dinner and activities at the church

Parents will need to transport their Scout with bike and gear to and from P19. We encourage carpooling
Gear:
- necker
- whistle
- bike, helmet, bell, full water bottle
day pack with:
- headlamp
- change of clothes in plastic bag
- towel
- ditty bag for lunch
- morning / afternoon snack

For at the church:
- bring your own drink/pop for pizza dinner. We'll be ordering from Gabriel's pizza
- 1 movie, youth will vote upon which ones they want to watch

Lunch will be a selection of dehydrated food we had on the Chilkoot trip with soup as a backup plan
