Time to start getting ready for our canoe trip. This is the first step to having the skills needed to ensure your safe and enjoyable trip down the Rideau Canal in July. Paddle strokes, rescues and safety are on the agenda. Given enough time, we'll be having a wave swim afterwards.

Arrive before 6pm to get changed and ready to hit the deck at 6pm. If we're able to get all the skills covered, then we'll have free time at the end.

Bring:
- paddle
- PFD
- bathing suit and towel
