Families should arrive before 6:15pm, as we'll start with a welcome and each section’s opening before group photos and dinner. After the meal we'll have our Annual General Meeting to summarize 2007-2008 and where we're going in the rest of 2009.
Uniform: hats/vests/neckers for Beavers, tan shirts/sash/neckers for all others
