This will be our first regular meeting, so we'll go through introductions of youth and Scouters then we'll talk about the Scouting program the Cubs will start to design for themselves.
For our first couple meetings we'll slowly go through the Opening and Closing ceremonies so all the Cubs will be able to learn the structure.
For those new to Cubs, they'll be learning the Promise, Law and Motto in preparations to be Invested. We will aim towards having the Investiture ceremony after the Group Camp, so at our September 29th meeting.

We have the Group Camp Sept 23-25, so we'll be talking about the kit list and the items the Cubs will need to bring to ensure a successful and fun camping experience.
- The Rovers will need to know our attendence numbers for food purchases and equipment supply. Saying the Cub is going, is committing to the $45 camp fee due next week.

A typicial meeting will have the following schedule
6:45 Gathering
7:00 Opening
7:10 outdoor game
7:30 activity preparation - Lair work - camp preparation
8:00 indoor game
8:15 Closing
8:30 dismissed
