Past Ice Fishing on Family Day - Feb. 17th

When:
Monday Feb 17th 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM
Where:
Petrie Island. North of the 174 at the end of Trim Road.
Parking is available at the end of the road.
- We are fishing on Crappy Bay which is to the left of the road and parking lot. the 8th Orleans Banner will be on site to guide the way.
What to Bring:
- Be sure to dress for the weather (long range forcast predicts temps of -11°C)
- Camp chair or sit upon
- 8th Orleans Necker
Things To Know:
- we will provide equipment and the bait
- Mrs Hawkeye's World Famous Hot Chocolate and Cookies will be served at the end of the event. (note: recipe was provided by Mrs Tic Tac :-] )
- Porta potties are available but on the other side of the island so it'll be a hike so be sure you and your Youth plan accordingly.
