Payments received for the popcorn orders need to be returned to Section leaders in a sealed envelope with the youths name CLEARLY written on the envelope.
Section leaders will then verify the amounts against the orders and pass on the payments to Scouter Peter.

Group pays for the total order by December 12th, so it is essential all funds are collected and received by December 5th to permit proper cash flow.

This concludes the Scout Popcorn - Door to Door campaign for 2011.
