FAST Training is designed to instruct Patrol Leaders and Assistant Patrol leaders in different leadership skills to help them lead their patrols for the coming year. All 2nd and 3rd year Scouts are invited to attend, with the session being mandatory for the PL and APL youth.
Last year the Troop grew to having 4 patrols, so having additional youth with the training will permit us to add additional patrols as more youth join 8th Orleans. It will also permit a rotation of PL/APLs if there are youth who want to step into the roll.
