Shoppers Drug Mart @ Convent Glen Mall
Our first opportunity to sell Scout Popcorn will be October 8th. We'll be setting up tables between the TD bank and Shoppers Drug Mart. We are looking for youth and leaders to help cover shifts from 9am to 4pm. We will need at least 2 leaders for each shift and would like to have 3 - 6 youth per shift.
1hr shift - Beavers and Cubs
2hr shift - Scouts, Venturers, Rovers, Leaders/Parents
Half of the profits from the sales will be divided proportionally to the sections based upon participation. Leaders/parents count towards the participation numbers based upon 2hr shifts
$ to a section = (total profit / 2) / (total youth and leaders) * (youth and leaders from section)
Since this event is being held before the October 24th deadline for submitting orders, the sales by youth can go towards their door-to-door orders for the Trail's End rewards.
