Annual Advancement Ceremony, Family BBQ and Campfire
This event is where the Whitetail Beavers become Cubs, 3rd year Cubs become Scouts and upper year Scouts (3rd or 4th) join Venturers. This is a rite of passage and one of the important ceremonies in Scouting.
We'll follow the ceremony with a BBQ of hot dogs and hamburgers sponsored by Group Committee
We'll conclude the evening with a Campfire.

6:00 arrive @ Petrie Island
6:15 start Advancement Ceremony
6:30 let's eat!
7:00 Campfire
8:00 cleanup
All Beavers, Cubs and Scouts who advance should attend the remaining meetings in June with their new Section. Events are posted in this web site, or speak with one of your new Section leaders to ensure you show up at the right place at the right time.
