October 7, 2013
Location: OUC
7-9pm
Next week is Thanksgiving Monday, so we'll take this meeting to start camp prep for the backpacking/ziplining camp in 2 weeks.
Menu plans and equipment plans
$80 is the camp fee for Tamaracouta - Zip Lining. The flying is the cause of the higher than usual amount, we've subsidized with $20/youth from the Troop bank account.
Next week, cooks/PLs and/or APLs will go shopping. Remember, those who shop get the final say on what items get purchased as things don't always go according to the menu...
~8:45pm we'll invest the 1st year Scouts who have participated in a Scouting activity (e.g. All Section camp, Apple Day, Aviation Museum)
Parents and family members we welcome to attend the ceremony. Hopefully outside under the stars.
