Baden-Powell Family Potluck Banquet and Annual General Meeting

To wrap up BP Week, we'll have our annual family potluck dinner followed by a short AGM.

Bring food sufficient for your family and there will be lots to share. There is no signup sheet for the food, it always seems to work out there is enough entree, salad, dessert for all.
Juice/coffee/tea will be provided.

Please bring your own plates, cups and cutlery to help reduce the cleanup time.

6:15 – 6:30pm arrive
6:30 – 6:45pm Welcome, section opening, Group picture
6:45 – 7:30pm dinner
7:30 – 7:45pm Annual General Meeting with Section reports
7:45pm cleanup, wash-up
