Our beaver colony will be taking part in Pitch-In week and Cleaning the Capital with a cleanup of a walking path near the church this week.

The plan is to meet at the church for 6:15, do our opening outside on the lawn in front of the church, the proceed down Fortune Drive to the nearest Walking Path (across from second St. Jovite Ridge intersection). We will follow the path down to a nearby playground, picking up any garbage found along the way. The beavers will get a chance to play for a little while at the playground before we head back to the church.

Total walking distance is around 1.8km (900m each direction).

Beavers will be provided with gloves and garbage bags. Parents are welcome to join us, but it is not mandatory.
