700 Opening (Pete-Narthex or outside) and Parent Meeting Begins-Chapel (Joni)
715 Active Game (Eric to consult with scouts)
730-Equipment Selection and Setting of Camp Duty Roster (Pete and Eric)
815-Game- (Joni- bird sounds)
830-Patrols & leaders to decide on individual menus and who will shop and when this will occur (Joni has a form to use)
845-Everyone gets ready for closing
855 Closing-Joni

The Parent Meeting goes from 7-745. Questions to follow. During the meeting scouter Joni will overview the program, the goals, activities for the year, will introduce the leaders and answer any questions that parents have regarding 8th Orleans Scouting Program.

Fees of $25 are due for our first camp to Scouters Joni or Karen.
